Only Apple Can get away with this kind of attitude. When do they ever start accepting that sometime even they could be at fault. I cannot imagine any other company getting away with such a kind of thing.

You Can’t ask the customer to adjust himself to fit the iPhone, the iPhone has to fit to the customer. Improved looks , body , antenna, resolution..All these are nice. .. But to make calls, Asking customers to hold their iphone “differently” or to buy a case worth $29.99 ? Epic Fail.
